1) Run Adobe Flash Builder 4.6
2) Click New Flex Project...
3) Project Name.
Click Next.
4) Server Settings.
5) Build Paths.
6) Project is created.
7) Switch to Design Tab.
Drag a label control to the main windows.
8) Double-Click the control and change the text to "Hello World".
9) Click Save button.
10) Run as Web Application.
11) You get output in Web Browser.
NOTE: Flash Version update.
a) Error for having different Flash Player version.
b) Browser will request for updated version.
c) After update completed, reopen Web Browser.
