How To Get Northwind Data To JasperReports

From MySQL Server

1) Check that you have already defined Data Adapter for the MySQL Server.

2) Create New Report.

Select Menu File/New/Jasper Report.

If the Jasper Report item is not displayed…

Select Menu File/New/Other…

And then select Jasper Report from the list.

3) Select Report Template

4) Set Report Name.

4) Select MySQL Data Connection.

5) Drag the customers table to Diagram window.

Select the fields. Click Next.

Select Dataset Fields.

Select fields to Group By.

Done.

6) Design Editor.

7) Preview Report.
